Your leaderboard entry is a digital product delivered instantly at the moment of purchase — you can see it on the board within seconds. Because delivery is immediate and the product is consumed on delivery, purchases are generally non-refundable.

If your entry failed to appear within 24 hours, or you were charged without receiving an entry, contact us (or Paddle, the merchant of record, via your receipt email) within 14 days and we will make it right — entry restored or money back.
